mirror-tools: Started updating mirror-info website theme to be more like tank's theme. Also removing mirror-info.slitaz.org links since that doesn't work.

5 SliTaz developers and services tools. This package provides the tazdev tool,
6 Shell or Python scripts and tinyutils to help maintain the distribution and
7 automate packages compilation. The package provides 'tazdev' and its default
8 config file who goes in: /etc/slitaz/tazdev.conf
10 The scripts folder provide small script for special tasks and some code
11 used by some contributors. Feel free to put your script in here, but with
12 some comment to quickly know what they do.
