1 Redis is an open source (BSD licensed), in-memory data structure store,
2 used as a database, cache, and message broker.
3 Redis provides data structures such as strings, hashes, lists, sets,
4 sorted sets with range queries, bitmaps, hyperloglogs, geospatial indexes,
5 and streams.
6 Redis has built-in replication, Lua scripting, LRU eviction, transactions,
7 and different levels of on-disk persistence, and provides high availability
8 via Redis Sentinel and automatic partitioning with Redis Cluster.
