Move cmark -> cmark-gfm because it's fork of cmark; update xorg-libX11-dev deps, update gdk-pixbuf, gtk+ (currently slightly broken because of cups incompletion).

1 Megatools is a collection of programs for accessing Mega service from a command
2 line of your desktop or server.
4 Megatools allow you to copy individual files as well as entire directory trees
5 to and from the cloud. You can also perform streaming downloads for example to
6 preview videos and audio files, without needing to download the entire file.
