gcc83-lib-base: do NOT provide gcc-lib-base
Currently BOTH gcc-lib-base and gcc83-lib-base are installed on my SliTaz system. So, with the current (and longstanding) tazpkg limitations I can't update just gcc-lib-base: tazpkg always updates gcc83-lib-base for me instead. Now I can't run Firefox, Vivaldi, Chrome, etc. I think because of gcc-lib-base, but I not sure 1bsolutely.

1 **Avidemux** is a free video editor designed for simple cutting, filtering
2 and encoding tasks. It supports many file types, including AVI, DVD compatible
3 MPEG files, MP4 and ASF, using a variety of codecs. Tasks can be automated
4 using projects, job queue and powerful scripting capabilities.
6 Avidemux is available for Linux, BSD, Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows under the
7 GNU GPL license. The program was written from scratch by Mean, but code from
8 other people and projects has been used as well. Patches, translations and
9 even bug reports are always welcome.
