gcc83-lib-base: do NOT provide gcc-lib-base
Currently BOTH gcc-lib-base and gcc83-lib-base are installed on my SliTaz system. So, with the current (and longstanding) tazpkg limitations I can't update just gcc-lib-base: tazpkg always updates gcc83-lib-base for me instead. Now I can't run Firefox, Vivaldi, Chrome, etc. I think because of gcc-lib-base, but I not sure 1bsolutely.

1 xterm is a terminal emulator for the X Window System. It provides DEC VT102 and
2 Tektronix 4014 compatible terminals for programs that cannot use the window
3 system directly. This version implements ISO/ANSI colors and most of the control
4 sequences used by DEC VT220 terminals.
6 This package provides commands: xterm, which is the traditional terminal
7 emulator; uxterm, which is a wrapper around xterm that is intelligent about
8 locale settings (especially those which use the UTF-8 character encoding).
