1 Mousepad aims to be an easy-to-use and fast editor.
2 Our target is an editor for quickly editing text files,
3 not a development environment or an editor with a huge
4 bunch of plugins.
5 On the other hand we try to use the latest GTK features
6 available, which means that if GTK adds something new in
7 a major release that is useful for the editor, we will
8 likely bump the GTK dependency and integrate this new
9 feature in Mousepad.
