1 Libconfig is a simple library for processing structured configuration
2 files, like this one.
3 This file format is more compact and more readable than XML.
4 And unlike XML, it is type-aware, so it is not necessary to do string
5 parsing in application code.
7 Libconfig is very compact - a fraction of the size of the expat XML
8 parser library. This makes it well-suited for memory-constrained systems.
10 The library includes bindings for both the C and C++ languages.
11 It works on POSIX-compliant UNIX and UNIX-like systems.
